Dynatools Return Policy,

No Returns will be accepted after 30 days that the product was delivered.

You may return or exchange items purchased at Dynatools.co.uk. However, no returns will be accepted without a return authorization number, which may be given to you via email or through direct contact at 0161 763 1999. If you receive the wrong product, we will exchange it at our expense. If the product turns out to be damaged or defected within the first 7 days, we will replace it at our expense as well.

After 7 days, you are only covered by the manufacture warranty (please see item description to see if your item has a warranty from the manufacturer) We are authorized dealers for almost all of the products we sell. However, we may have a few closeouts or items purchased from liquidations. If no warranty applies, we may or may not warranty it ourselves (please read below, to see if the product applies to our warranty).

If you decide you want to simply return the product, you must pay for the shipping to return it, and you will only be refunded the amount you paid for the product (not the shipping). Additionally, a 25% restocking fee may occur if the item was used or returned in a condition which is not resellable as Brand New. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned to us because of a change in mind or for any errors on your end. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date that you receive your product.
